Forget commercialized processed muffins, cupcakes, and protein bars loaded with artificial ingredients and calories. Why not save some cash and make your own healthy tasty snacks??
Here is the recipe:
1 cup Oat Flour (blend up old fashioned rolled oats in a blender or food processor)
1 cup Plain non-fat Greek Yogurt
4 Egg Whites
1/2 Cup Protein Powder of choice (chocolate or vanilla)
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup unsweeteend cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
stevia to taste
Directions:
Throw it all in a bowl, mix it up, and then evenly place in muffin tins (this makes 12 muffins)
Place in oven and bake at 350 degrees for 16 minutes
Try to keep your paws off of them long enough for them to cool!

Tip:
Feel free to throw in some dark chocolate chips or top with a healthy protein icing for added flavor
