This is one of my favorite things to eat when I need a quick snack to keep me going mid-morning between clients.
I don’t have a name for it, but here’s what it entails:
2-3 Slices of Wasa Bread-Light Rye (80 kcals,3g Protein, 20g Carbs, 0g Sugar, 4g Fibre, 0g Fat Per Serving)
1 Wedge of Laughing Cow Light Spredable Cheese (35 Kcals, 2g Protein, 2g Carbs, 1g Sugar, 0g Fibre, 2g Fat Per Serving)
Mustard To Taste
2-3 Slices of Cucumber per piece of Wasa Bread
Instructions are very simple:
Spread an even distribution of Laughing Cow Cheese on each piece of Wasa Bread, then drizzle a litle bit of mustard on top of each piece, lay sliced cucumber on the top and ENJOY 🙂
