I wanted to take a minute to congratulate my soldiers, the Surdel Sting, on a great season that was completed by winning the 2012 U-13 Coastal A Cup!! With it being their rookie season in the Metro division, this is an amazing accomplishment!

I Have had the opportunity to work with these girls on their strength and conditioning over the past 4 years and I can truly say they deserve every championship/cup/tournament they win! It’s been a pleasure working with the girls and watching them mature as people and athletes over the last few years. The Sting will be competing in the U-13 Provincial Championships in Kamloops July 5-8, 2012. For a peek at the Sting’s tournament schedule, click here.
