I want to start by saying THANK YOU to all of my loyal soldiers who came out last weekend to celebrate with their fitness family. Whether you came out for a workout in the morning, to take part in the fitness challenges, or came out to celebrate with us at The Henry Public House – The CORE Conditioning team truly appreciates you!
I started CORE Conditioning 8 years ago and have moved around to many different “home bases”, some of you have followed me to a lot of these different locations before we finally found a solid home in Cloverdale. To all my past, present, current, and soon to be CORE Conditioning soldiers, I want to say THANK YOU! It’s because of you I am able to do what I love for a living and will never “work a day in my life”. I am ever evolving and learning, as well as expanding the CORE Conditioning team in order to better serve all of my soldiers and help you reach your goals.
April marked our 1 year anniversary at our new home in Cloverdale, BC and it looks like we are here to stay. I decided we need to celebrate a few things:
1. Customer appreciation – without all of you I wouldn’t have a business and wouldn’t be able to do what I love each and every day. I appreciate all of you and am willing to do whatever it takes to help each of you live a healthier and happier life.
2. 1 year anniversary – the past year has been a lot of hard work, but such a blast! Watching our fitness family grow week by week and being able to reach and help more and more people is truly what makes me smile each day and make me want to work harder for my soldiers.
3. Summer Kick Off – we worked very hard all summer to have our bodies ready for summer (especially those who just finished the 4 week fit your ‘fit summer slim down challenge!) and it’s important to head out and show these bod’s off! As you all know at CORE Conditioning we believe in living a healthy balanced life, I want to show my soldiers that it is OK to go out and have fun to celebrate hard work (in moderation).
Here is a Summary of How the Day Went:
We ran free fitness classes all morning which were a blast!! Thank you again to all of you who came out and those who brought a friend or family member to try it out!
After the classes we ran some fitness challenges and we have some truly amazing results!!!
