I want to start by saying – Remember: Abs are made in the kitchen people!
And even though we can’t stop reduce, meaning doing 1000’s of sit ups daily will not be the only determinant of giving us a flat and toned stomach; however, performing exercises like the one discussed below will help in combination with healthy eating and proper exercise 🙂
Give it a Try! If you feel any lower back discomfort STOP IMMEDIATLEY!
Here is a little superset you can do in your living room:
1. Butt Lift with Leg Kick x 10-15
2. Plank x 30 seconds to 1 minute (if you can hold for a minute with good form – do it!)
Repeat both of those exercises back to back with minimal break until you have completed 3 sets of each for a great burn in your mid-section 🙂
