This 25 Minute plyometric cardio circuit with additional core workout is just what you need to build strong lean legs and a tight core. This Plyometrics leg workout with core circuit is a fat burning HIIT workout. It is an all bodyweight workout requiring no equipment. We use a lot of the top plyometric leg exercises (great plyometrics for athletes!) in this Plyo cardio circuit with a high intensity interval training style, to really give you a fat burning cardio and core workout.
In addition to lower body strength training (lifting weights, bodyweight strength etc.), training like we do in this plyometrics leg workout is a major key to building lean strong legs and a firm booty! As an athlete I really enjoy challenging myself with a plyometrics leg workout like this one to really build explosiveness, power, and strength in my lower body. Adding the core exercises like we do in this circuit style workout really challenges you to work harder to keep your core tight while your heart rate is up from the plyometrics leg exercises, so that’s why this is the perfect 25 minute workout for home!
